At CAV, our aim is to make the buying process of any motor vehicle as transparent as possible. In many markets, especially Nigeria, buyers often inherit incomplete histories and have to make costly decisions with too little information.

We source both new and older vehicles, but we also research the history of used cars before recommending them. CARFAX is one of the major platforms we use, alongside other verification tools, to review service history, mileage, ownership trail, and any other available records.

Every manufacturer builds for different regions. A Toyota made for North America or Canada, for example, is often configured differently from one intended for the Middle East because climate, road conditions, and cooling requirements are not the same.

That same principle applies to vehicle ownership in Nigeria. Some models are remembered badly because owners experienced suspension problems, ball-joint failures, or other issues on rough roads. In many cases, the real causes were a known design flaw, high mileage, counterfeit parts, or poor maintenance rather than the brand itself.

At CAV, we help buyers avoid that cycle. We source the right vehicle, advise on genuine parts where possible, and include onsite diagnostics and test drives in selected packages so the buyer can make a better decision before spending money.
